How to use

1. Fill the bag firmly with towels/clothes; zip fully closed.

2. Set the bag opposite your lead heel (iron position) or just inside it (driver).

3. Make slow-to-medium swings, focusing on: hands ahead, chest turning, weight left.

4. Check the clubface against the target graphic—aim for square at impact.

5. Add speed only after positions are consistent.
