Summit Sports, JD Kits, Snickers Warehouse & Shirtznthings are
trading names of Summit (GB) Ltd.
2. By ordering goods from Summit (GB) Ltd you are deemed to have
understood and accepted these terms. Using our website (s) also
indicates you accept the Terms.
3. We reserve the right at our discretion to update and/or revise
these Terms.
4. Title of Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase
price has been paid in full and received by Summit (GB) Ltd.
5. We may change, suspend or discontinue the services at any time,
including the availability of any content.
6. We will offer guidance on sizing, but never recommend. Whilst
some manufacturer’s state recommended ages/sizes, you must appreciate
all children and adults are not the same size. The sole responsibility
is that of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.
7. We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes & quantities
and confirm in writing. If we supply the specified size/quantity
correctly then we will not accept any costs involved in exchanging
the product.
8. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be
entirely at the customer’s risk. We do not accept responsibility
for non-confirmed incorrect orders.
9. We must be informed of and shortages/errors in within 48hrs of
receipt of the order.
10. All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change or delete any content submitted.
11. By submitting any content to Summit (GB) Ltd you represent and
warrant that we can delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, create
from or incorporate such content into any form without compensation
to you.
12. Any content that you submit, you grant to Summit (GB) Ltd royalty
free.
13. We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery
has been made. If our courier returns the order because no signature
could be obtained, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances
beyond our control.
14. If you return the order we will not refund any delivery charge
as this part of our service to you has already been completed. You
must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
15. We recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery or by
a method where a signature is obtained on receipt.
16. We are unable to accept returns for Nike, Umbro, Macron or Luanvi.
All other items will incur an administration charge and/or restocking
charge.
17. No personalised goods will be accepted for return.
18. Every care is taken to ensure the goods supplied will conform
to the company’s standards or to specifications (within the limits
of reasonable accuracy) and will be of good material and workmanship.
In no circumstances does the company accept any liability whatsoever
for any consequential loss or damage which may in any way arise
out of goods supplied or any defect in the same.
19. Unless otherwise agreed in writing there are no credit facilities
for orders or purchases and all invoices must be paid immediately.
